Data processing information
Information about the future Hovmi business data processing agreement.

A customer Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be prepared before Hovmi processes personal data on behalf of subscribed businesses. This page is informational and is not a binding DPA.
Planned roles
The intended model is for a business customer to control its workforce data and Hovmi to process that data under documented instructions, where those roles apply under UK GDPR.
Items to be finalised
A final DPA will need to address processing scope, categories of data, security measures, subprocessors, international transfers, breach assistance, retention and deletion, audit arrangements and termination.
No production data
The coming-soon website does not provide a live employee database, customer accounts or production workforce processing.
Before launch
The legal entity, controller/processor roles, subprocessors and appropriate technical and organisational measures must be confirmed before publishing contractual terms.
